The process is straightforward and consists of three essential steps:

 <li>Participant Creation: Start by creating profiles for all individuals involved in the schedule. Research suggests that children benefit from having role models; hence, it is advisable to include parents within these profiles.</li>
 <li>Schedule Development: Create a schedule that outlines the duration, the maximum allowable instances of undesirable behavior, and the defined rewards. For younger children, it is recommended that the schedule spans no more than seven days due to their limited patience.</li>
 <li>Behavior Tracking: Throughout the duration of the schedule, parents can assign symbols for good (sun sign) and bad behavior (cloud sign). Upon completion of the schedule, it will be clear who earned rewards. Clear communication about the reasons behind receiving rewards is crucial for children. Subsequently, a new schedule can be initiated.</li>
